Previous Projects

I have many projects I have done in the years before I owned a blog. I thought I would share for those who are interested.

Harry Potter fandom-
For this project I reused a old plain black shirt and a old pair of soccer socks and puff painted them with the design I wanted.

Tie Dye Cake-
To bake this cake I used store bought white cake mix and prepared it as said on the box. While it was still in batter form I separated the batter into 4 different bowls and then dyed them individually with the colors of my choice. This is a 2 layer cake so in one of the pans I pored all of one color in and then right on top I pored the next color in and then baked, I repeated that step with the second pan. Once baked I added the layers together and then let the kids frost in all sorts of colors.

Rock Art-
To make this Fun party rocks I went outside and found the smoothest rocks I could find and then I painted them with black paint and then chose colors and words to match the theme of the party (or in this case bid day). These are perfect to fill a vase, to hold a table cloth down or just as table decor.

Mickey and Minnie mouse costume-
To DIY these costumes I found a red dress and red Shorts and cut circles of white ducktape and placed them accordingly. We bought large white glove and then cut strips of black tape to create the lines. We found the black shirt, black sweater, black leggings and black belt all in our closets already. next we bought ears, I added a red bow for minnie's, and then we used eyeliner to create whiskers and noses.
